What is warranty and what does it cover?

Felt offers a limited lifetime warranty that covers the frameset and specific components against defects in materials or workmanship. This cover is exclusive to the original purchaser of the bike.

In addition to Felt-manufactured components, many of the parts on your bike are sourced from leading industry suppliers, all chosen for their reputation for reliability and service. These suppliers are responsible for the warranty coverage of their own components, such as suspension forks, rear shocks, and branded wheelsets. Together, Felt and its partners aim to provide a comprehensive support network for your entire bike.

Please note, all Felt bikes purchased before the year 2019 are limited to 2 year warranty.

To ensure your warranty remains valid, we strongly encourage all customers to complete the bicycle registration process through the GPI Apollo registration portal after purchase. This simple step helps streamline any potential warranty claims and ensures your bike is logged in our system from the beginning.

What isn't covered by warranty?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue
  • Any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, or modification
  • Failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner's manual
  • Damage from accidents or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use
  • Stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or other similar activities, or use in any manner for which the bicycle was not designed
  • Bicycles or frame kits with a frame serial number that has been removed or is incomplete
  • Any damage, failure or loss caused by a modification of the product not made by Felt

As the bicycle owner, it is your responsibility to inspect your bicycle before each and every ride and to maintain and repair your bicycle as stated in the owner's manual.

How can I make a claim?

If you believe your Felt bike has an issue that falls within the warranty guidelines, the first step is to return to the store where you picked up your Click & Collect order. That store — an authorised Felt dealer — will inspect your bike and, if appropriate, submit a warranty claim on your behalf.

The dealer will work directly with us to assess the issue and determine if the problem falls under warranty. If it does, we’ll work with the store to repair or replace the faulty part as quickly as possible.

When submitting a claim, please be prepared to provide proof of purchase and your bicycle registration information. Having this information readily available will help expedite the warranty process.
