Where We Ship From

All online orders, including Click and Collect orders, placed via feltbikes.com.au are dispatched from our warehouse in Victoria, Australia.

 

Click and Collect (In-Store Pickup)

We offer Click and Collect from over 40 Authorized Felt Dealers located across Australia.

Notifications: You will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email.
  2. A shipping confirmation with tracking once your order leaves our warehouse.
  3. A notification from your selected Felt Dealer when your bike is ready for collection (please allow up to 3 business days for bike assembly).

Delivery & Shipping Timeframes

Currently, all orders placed on feltbikes.com.au are Click and Collect only.

Orders typically take 5+ business days to reach your selected Click and Collect location, depending on the distance from our warehouse and courier timeframes.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Fees

Any shipping fees will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is made.

We only deliver within Australia and do not offer international shipping.


Order Issues or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with any issues, please email us as soon as possible at support@feltbikes.com.au.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right.


Returns & Refunds

All bicycle returns must be brought to your Selected Felt Dealer (the store that built and provided your bike via Click and Collect), along with proof of purchase.

For change of mind returns, your bicycle must be in like-new, undamaged condition.
Any shipping, handling, or destination fee charges are non-refundable.
