How does Click & Collect work?
All bikes are available through Click & Collect across our nationwide network of authorized Felt Dealers.
Selecting Your Bike
- Choose your preferred bike and size
- Enter your postcode to find nearby stores
- Select your pickup location before adding to cart
Order Processing
All orders are shipped from our Victoria warehouse to your selected store. Delivery times may vary depending on the distance from our warehouse and standard shipping times. No additional shipping fees are applied to Click & Collect orders.
Once your bike has been received at the store and is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email notification confirming that your order is ready to collect.

- Only the original purchaser
- Must bring:
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Order confirmation email
Pickup Timeframe
Since pickup hours vary by store location, we recommend checking the specific store's hours online before coming to collect your bike.
