Bike build and pickup
How do I receive my bike?
We'll help you arrange a place to collect your bike once it's built. Ask us to find a nearby bike builder using your shipping address, or nominate a store for us to contact. Once your pickup location is confirmed, we'll ship your bike from our Victoria warehouse to that store and contact you when it's ready to collect.
Choose how to arrange bike build and pickup
Choose one of these options before adding your bike to cart.
Find nearest for me
Choose this if you want us to find a nearby bike builder and arrange pickup for you. We'll use your shipping address at checkout to identify a nearby option and coordinate the bike build and collection. You don't need to choose a store yourself.
Nominate a store
If you have a preferred store, enter its name, address, email, and phone number. We'll contact the retailer to check whether they can arrange the bike build and pickup. Your nomination is a request, not a confirmed pickup. If the retailer is unavailable, we'll contact you about a nearby alternative.
Once you've chosen an arrangement, add your bike to cart and continue to checkout.
At checkout
Whichever pickup option you choose, enter your shipping address in the Delivery section. We need it to complete your order and, if you chose 'Find nearest for me', to help find a nearby bike builder.
Your bike will be sent to your confirmed pickup store for collection, not to your home.
Order processing
Delivery times may vary depending on the distance from our Victoria warehouse and standard shipping times. Bikes are usually dispatched within 5 days from our warehouse in Victoria. Allow extra time for the bike build at your pickup store.
